Thank you. I'm mostly used to cook French dishes as a French, but I'm gladly going to cook your recipes as they look very very tasty

Nice recipe. A couple years ago I made the mistake of making my own pasta. Unfortunately once you've done that there is no going back to dried packaged pasta no matter where it originated from, fresh made is just too good.

Hi Ivo. I am an italian guy currently living in Switzerland. Thank you very much for for sharing your recipes and the very clear instructions. I tried this recipe today, and it was a success. Of course, the devil is in the details, so I need to fine tune a couple of things. (But my guests didn't notice...) Only one remark: *NO* italian would use a spoon together with the fork to roll-up linguine or spaghetti 😞 ... But never mind. Please keep up your excellent work. I'll get in touch with you again. (BTW: were you born in Canada?)

Great to hear you in Switzerland and LOL on the use of a spoon ☺️ Both my parents were born and married in Italy and I guess when they came to Canada, they started using a spoon with their spaghetti and that's when I was born ☺️☺️

If someone wanted to add mussels and clams (in shells) when would they be added?
@CookingwiththeCoias5 ай бұрын
You can precook your mussels and clams and add them at the very end - here's an episode where I use clams that you may enjoy and you will see how I did it 😊 kzbin.info/www/bejne/qHTFemCirb-CkMksi=iTzH-qpkoirfXmjj

Would adding mashed anchovies into the sauce ruin this dish?
@CookingwiththeCoias5 ай бұрын
It definitely would not ruin it at all - feel free to add them👍👍
