I'm just so happy that I have found you and your recipes. You seem to have my same likes and dislikes--no poultry seasoning in the cornbread dressing, no big honkin' chunks of onion in the potato salad, etc. (My mother's potato salad is great but she puts those big onion pieces in it and I'm quickly falling out of love with it, lol.) Looks super good. I used chicken bouillon and broth with my potato salad yesterday and it is definitely a game changer!!! Definitely gotta try this recipe with the lemon juice next time Unrelated, I got those same Thyme and Table knives and I loooove them!

I dont like raw onions in my potato salad either. I sauté mine till soft with some oil, salt, pepper and onion powder. Then add them. Makes a world of difference!
