How To Make Spaghetti and Meatballs Recipe

I am going to share with you homemade spaghetti with chicken meatballs . One of my family’s favourite . I really hope that you will get it a try .The meatballs are so moist and soft and full of flavour.

Ingredients

For Meatballs
Chicken mince. 2 pound
Onion. Medium sized chopped
Scallions/ green onion. 5 sticks
Garlic chopped. 1 tbsp
Ginger. 1/2 tsp
Salt. 1 tsp( as per taste)
Red chilli powder 1 tsp (as per taste)
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tbsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Red crushed chilli 1/2 tsp
Oil. 2 tbsp

Gravy

Oil. 1/4 cup
Chopped onion. Small
Garlic. 1/2 tbsp
Salt. 1/4 tsp
( I used chicken cube that has salt in it so be careful while adding salt)
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp (as per taste)
Turmeric powder. 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder. 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds. 1/2 tsp
Yogurt. 1/2 cup
Chicken cube. 1 square
Crushed tomatoes. 1 cup
Soy sauce. 2 tbsp
