Made this for the fam, they loved it, this is a great recipe that I wouldn't add anything to. BTW used an air fryer, 390 F for 12 minutes, flipping em when they hit the 6 minute mark

Very similar to Spanakopita except for the wrapper. Puff pastry vs. Phyllo dough. I find this easier to make. Much less work in making the triangles😉. Thanks!

Puff version of spanokopita. Which is what I am planning to too, as I dont get phyllo sheets easily here in Bangalore (dont even know if i can get them). You have made very nice looking puffs. Thanks for the video.
