Thank you so much dear but i have 1 question When ever i mix the egg white it doesn't make fulffy i don't know why😢 and i follow the recipe as it said but my cake does not rise😢 Please help me i want to be a successful in cake industry

Did you whisk your eggs to a stiff peak level? When adding flour into the whisked egg, add flour gently and fold in gently. Make sure you preheat your oven before baking.

@12Starconfectionery i mix it like for 4 or 3 min using hand mixer but it doesn't stiff peak And i preheated the oven both top and bottom and baking it for 30-35min
