Thank you for watching! I made a video of stir fry eggplant with miso sauce. This dish is a delicious dish that can be used as a main dish or a side dish. * Adding pork or chicken together will increase the volume and make it even more delicious. I hope this helps you(´▽`*)

No sake needed?

This cooking recipe can be made without using sake. * Because mirin contains sake. If you use sake, we recommend reducing the amount of mirin and increasing the amount of sugar. For example, this recipe is this ingredient, ● Miso: 18g ● Soy sauce: 18g ● Mirin: 18g ● Sugar: 12g If you use sake, ● Miso: 18g ● Soy sauce: 18g ● Sake: 10g ● Mirin: 10g ● Sugar: 15g I think you can make it delicious. *I'm sorry. I've never made it with this material. I think you can make both deliciously (´ ▽ ` *)
