Sukiyaki, one of the most traditional dishes of Japanese cuisine, is traditionally prepared at the table in an iron pan over a portable stove and consumed as the ingredients are cooked. By this method of preparation, the dish became known as "Japanese fondue". In this recipe I teach how to cook on the stove and many do not have the stove to make on the table. It is a delicious dish that goes many vegetables and can be added to the taste of people.
Ingredients for 3 to 4 people:
- 100 grams of shimeji
- 1 and a half chives
- 1 tofu
- 8 swiss chard leaves
- 1/2 pack of watercress
- 1 stalk of leeks
- 1 small package of moyashi
- 1 eggplant
- 3 thin soft cushion steaks
- 3 packs of noodles noodles
- 2 tbsp margarine or butter
- 2 spoons of sugar
For the sauce:
- 3 cups of water
- 3 spoons of hondashi
- 1/2 cup mirin
- 1/2 cup of soy sauce
- 1 and 1/2 tbsp of sugar
