請問水量是不是不太對？ 這個配方的水加蛋白量和饅頭差不多，根本不會變成影片裡那麼軟的麵團啊……

因為每個牌子的麵粉吸水程度有所不同，水量以食材表中的配方為主，而且麵團稍稍硬一點也會比較好桿唷。
