Thank you for your tutorial. Another use is 3 Tbsp of tapioca starch to 1 cup of sugar...mix...add to 16 oz frozen berries(that have been in a bowl a few minutes) mix well, than add to prepared pie crust...bake.. Perfect berry pie

I can relate to almost every one in the comments lol i couldn't find tapioca starch any where in stores and when I looked up the price i was okay with buying 300g it's really less for it's price plus some PPL said in review that it had maida in it so for being in the safe side i wanted to make my own

Eii Sweetie thanks a lot, the water can be used for mixing banku or fufu too, and the topioca flour can also be used in place of cassava dough which preparing banku.
