Just wanted to thank you for your wonderful channel. I spent 6 weeks in Winneba leading a study abroad trip and love Ghanaian food. We cooked our own food and learned much from the hostel owner who was a former chef at the US Embassy in Accra. Palm nut and ground nut soups were two of our favorites. Ghanaian cooking is an experience to share and I appreciate you sharing with us on youtube!

I love palm nut and ground nut soup with fufu and Bantu . I went to Ghana some years ago and I loved being there. The way the women I saw make it was a little different. I miss the food. I can cook it a little but it don’t taste the same.
