StellaZone is there a reason omitting Maggie like is it bad or something?. Thanks for sharing Stella👌🏾🥰
@evao1592
@evao1592 4 жыл бұрын
@@faaizassibit to be honest with you Maggi n other food seasonings contain flavour enhancing chemicals which have been known to cause illnesses. Ideally it is considered healthier if one can avoid adding those stuff to food and rather use natural seasonings like garlic, ginger, onion, sea salt. Adding prawns and in some food recipes , using mackerel(salmon),makes the food tasty.

Check the African store near you. You can use Spinach instead of kontomire, and also wild caught tuna (which is opoku). You can also use any oil of your choice. Hope this helps.
@saka543
@saka543 4 жыл бұрын
Really in Brooklyn? There should be plenty African stores there and around. Maybe more in thr bronx? Some people even use kale for the leaves, sometimes bacalao or Spanish salted cod for koobi and green plantain instead of yam.
