I think you should revisit this together with your mom, in higher resolution. This is too important soup to stay in low resolution. I always come back for this incredible soup

I just made this soup and your ha mok pla tonight. The ha mok pla was incredibly creamy and light and delicious. And the tom yum was full of flavor. My husband devoured them before i could take a picture. I had them both at restaurants and i have to say, people do such shitty job at making these dish. They were on another level of goodness when I followed your recipes. I used seabass for the ha mok pla so it was even better. Thank you so much !!!

I really like your video and appreciate your work. I want to learn so please mention all the portions so that I can make it home myself. For example you skipped how much fish sauce mom has added. The camera should be facing more down. Thank you for the effort.

hello Marion, I love your videos and try to emulate your recipes as often as I can. Your mom is so sweet, she has such a nice smile. You were asking for the scientific name for the oyster mushroom and this is what I found: Pleurotus Ostreatus Ostre- means "oyster" and atus- means "resembling"

Enjoyed viewing the clip. However, as I believe this was a live clip, the resolution on KZbin is, regrettably, not as good as your other clips. Taken as a whole, I would prefer that you have recorded this in the usual clear resolution, especially given that your affable mum is sharing her love of cooking. I do find your interaction with your 'live audience' distracting and without much benefits when your mum was going through her paces. In the end, I believe more viewers are going to look at this on KZbin, 'non-live', so a high resolution recording without the distracting interactive live elements may be a better bet.

I made this soup and came out pretty bland. I tried again by making prawn stock with prawn head and shell, and for extra flavour I added Tom yum paste. Without the paste it tastes lighter. No shade, but as an Asian we prefer our flavours strong
