Thank you so much for this recipe, I made roughly the same thing yesterday but added Bell peppers and substituted out the dried chillies for fresh firebird chillies and ghost chilli sauce, not going to lie it doesn’t matter which way salsa is made it’ll always give a warm fuzzy feeling like you’ve just come home from a long hard day of work.

This makes great spaghetti sauce, also, with the addition of some California chili pods blended in. Put a large avocado on top with sea salt and pepper. It's great! And nothing jarred or canned.Thanks for the delicious recipes, Claudia.

We in South India call this Onion chutney .....we roast the onions, tomatoes, garlic or ginger, dry red chilies and blend them . We finally temper them in oil with mustard seeds , cumin seeds and curry leaves and add the hot tempered oil to the chutney. Goes good with Dosa’s ( Indian pancakes) , Idlis ( steamed stuff like empanadas ) . Good video . Thanks !
