1 tsp. fresh Ginger minced
3 large Eggs lightly beaten
4 cups cooked Rice

Another great recipe; we don’t eat pork so we omitted the spam but even then; this came out GREAT. I tweaked it abit since I didn’t have enough soy sauce; I used oyster sauce and it really brings out the flavor of the shrimp.

I noticed how nice your kitchen cabinets look with the black and the stainless appliances. I have never seen a garlic press like the one you were using. I wonder if it makes that job a little easier. I'm a big fan of sichuan peppercorn in my fried rice. Not a lot. Just maybe a half teaspoon finely ground, to give an ever so slight tingle. Finish it with like a drop of toasted sesame oil. I love experimenting with fried rice. I don't think i ever made it the same way twice. The only consistent feature is a lot of garlic.
