► Ingredients for Dough
✅ 800g All purpose flour
✅500g Butter
✅1½ Tsp nutmeg
✅1 Salt
✅1½ minced onion(optional)
✅About 4Tbsp whole milk or until your mould do not fall apart after mixing it with the milk
► Ingredients for filling
✅ 500g Minced beef
✅ 3½ medium sized onion bulbs
✅ Black pepper
✅ White pepper
✅ Vegetable seasoning
✅ Shrimp seasoning
✅ Cumin seeds
✅ 1 Tbsp corn starch
✅ 2 Tbsp minced garlic, onion and ginger
✅ 1 Tbsp olive oil
