Why not supply a simple metal strap brace in the pack? It’s clearly a design fault so spend 50p and include one. Having said that, it’s simple enough to eye them straight when tightening up

Thanks to the Baxi team for all these learning videos they're really helpful. I've been a WAI for the last ten years but I've lost complete faith in Worcester there boilers are low build quality when compared to alternative boilers available they are also well over priced, they seem to be more interested in competing against their WAIs on installs rather than supporting them (BOXT). So I'm happy to say I'm moving my business over to Baxi your boiler quality seems to be fantastic plus your loyalty and help to gas engineers have really impressed me, I'm hoping to go on one of your Baxi courses and become registered. Thanks again.

This is great news Daniel. If you would like any assistance or for us to put you in contact with your local areas sales manager who can take you through the range and our installer loyalty scheme, then email: marketing@baxi.co.uk We're happy to have you on board!

Worcester are still the better boilers but baxi are doing great work

Much prefer the Baxi brand to WB. I’ve had three Greenstar Juniors this week with splits in plastic hydraulics causing leaks. Customers though only ever want you to fit WB, drives me nuts!

When they first launched they made a long flat bicycle type spanner that could get in but only gave them to a selcted few installer invited to the launch every one else has to struggle or make that contraption

You shouldn’t have to do that.

Can't believe people have a problem with that. I love fitting these boilers but what I do have a problem with is the man that puts the blanking caps on the Inlet and return valve. Some on them are ridiculous to get off and he must use an impact gun or summat to take the piss

These are the easiest & best boilers to install, if you are struggling with the filling loop being straight, your pipework and workmanship is terrible.. enough said.. I ❤ Baxi 👍🏽

Buy a Worcester 🤣🤣🤣🤣 This guy is funny. Buy a worcester so you can have pinholes on most of the components every 6 months.

Tim you obviously ain't a gas installer. Respect to Vaillant, but the Worcester design team need sacking. One of the worst boilers to work on, across the range.
