The radishes are rich in water content and very sweet this season. Today I will use it to make a radish/turnip cake . The homemade radish/turnip cake is very easy to make with serveral ingredients. Whether it’s steamed or fried, it’s really delicious.

🍞INGREDIENTS
☘️ Turnip Cake
Fresh radish (after peeling) 1.2kg
Chinese preserved sausage 1-2pcs
Dried shrimp 30g
Dried mushroom 4pcs
Salt for grated radish 2g
Salt for shredded radish 1g
Radish juice 350
Rice flour 160g
Corn flour 40g
☘️Seasoning
Salt 2g
Sugar 8g
Oyster sauce 2tbsp
Abalone sauce 1tbsp
Sesame oil 1tbsp
White pepper powder ½ tbsp
☘️** Steam for 45-55 minutes

臘腸1-2根
蝦米30克
香菇 4朵
醃制蘿卜絲的鹽 2克
醃制蘿卜條的鹽 1克
所需蘿卜水 350克
粘米粉 160克
玉米淀粉40克
☘️ 調味料
鹽2克
糖 8克
蚝油2湯匙
鮑魚汁 1湯匙
芝麻香油 1湯匙
白胡椒粉 ½ 茶匙
☘️**中大火蒸45-55分鐘
