Jaman nenek kita dulu.suka bikin minyak kelapa dg cara.masak.diwajan smp dpt ampas minyak yg bsa dimakan dg buah jambu. So ad kabr katanya minyak kelapa g sehat, org rame2 bli minya kelapa bermerk yg ad dipasaran... Sekrng minyak kelpa asli sdh sngt jarang dijimpai, tiba2 muncul di market dg nama voc. Dn hrgnya waoo, seukuran 1 gelas aj dn g bsa dipake masak/goreng krn sayang, akhirmya cm kebnyakn dipake buat kecntikn ato konsumsi buat nurunin kolestrol... Dulu orgntua kita dulu minyak kelpanini pake sehari2 buat masak segla macm, goreng ikan, pisang dn semua2nya, wajr org dulu jrg ad yg kena kolestrol ternyata minyak mereka lebih bagus dr pada minyak kita sekrag yg dr sawit.

Ya ampunn Ternyata ini channel nya bunda yg pertama kali saya tonton pas nyari resep vco,. Dulu masih hamil dan pengen buat vco. Klo beli kan lumayan yah 😁. Dan aku kira ini channel ala2 gugel translate gitu karena ngomong nya ga da Bahasa Indonesia nya.

Kapas itu mengandung bahan kimia ,pemutih ,jadi ga aman.Mungkin ada bahan penyaring yang memang khusus untuk menyaring liquid. Saran saya sih mending beli yang sudah jadi ,ga mahal juga. Beli yang Extra VCO ,500 ml sekitar 50ribuan, banyak yang jual di Market Place online. Saya sudah konsumsi sejak 2017 ,selain itu juga konsumsi Extra Virgin Olive Oil kalo VCO lagi habis ( Olive oil murni berwarna minyak agak kuning butek ,bukan yang bening ) .

@@rusmiatiza7553 manfaatnya tidak langsung terasa ,butuh waktu dan rutin diminum ,saya merasakan manfaatnya jadi jarang sakit walaupun sakit ringan seperti pening ,flu ,batuk ,sebenarnya saya juga sdh pernah konsumsi VCO thn 2010 - 2011 ,karena bosan ,saya ganti dengan madu hitam dan madu murni royal jelly dari 2011- 2015 . saya punya BPJS dari awal sampai sekarang belum pernah digunakan. saya yakin karena saya konsumsi VCO ,madu hitam /madu manis royal jelly rutin , untuk VCO karena dia itu dari minyak kelapa ,tapi tetap mengandung kolesterol ,jadi hati-hati konsumsinya ,sebaiknya tanya dokter dan periksa general check up dulu ,saya juga sdh general checkup hasilnya bagus semua ,karena konsumsi semua itu. 2x genral checkup dan saya chekup sendiri dengan alat namanya GCU untuk check gula darah ,colesterol dan urin ,bisa beli di market place online.Semoga terbantu jawaban dari saya. Tetap sehat dan semangat ,ikuti Prokes selama pandemi Covid19. #stayhome #staysafe .

Bu. Saya ngikutin ini tp setelah didiamkan 24 jam itu bener hasilnya kayak yg di video, tpi belum misah jdi 3 lapisan. Saya taroh chiller aja 24 jam. Bsoknya misah jdi 3 lapisan. Abis itu baru taroh freezer buat nanti mudahin misahin vconya. Tp hasil akhirnya kayak bauu gitu

Saya pakai cara double boiler, lebih banyak hasilnya . Untuk menyaringnya, saya gunakan kain kaos di atas corong, lebih cepat nyaringnya dan hasilnya jernih, asal ampas diatas kaos tdk di tekan2. #GiveawayTHVFebruari19

aku biasa bikin vco tp dgn cara santannya di rebus smpe mendidih lalu matikan api.ambil bagian atasnya aja yg kental pindahkan ke wajan lain.rebus lg sampe kering keluar minyak . lebih cepat prosesnya lumayan 1 kelapa bisa dpt 100ml minyak

This is also call the Chilling, Freezing and Thawing Extraction methode, not fermentation method. If fermentation method using tempe yeast and papain enzym

Why first frozen need 3 days? As once it frozen in 6hours it will not mixed/changed anymore. Nothing different frozen 6hours n 3days. Rite?

Thank you as well, if the quality of the coconut is good one, the fresh one...It will stay good for about one year.. But make sure to always cover the lid.

Sepertinya ada step yg hilang disini..?setelah di fermentasi selama 24 jam belum ada vco nya,lalu step berikutnyadi freezer 3-4hari...waktu dimasukkan freezer tiba2 sdh ada vco nya....jadi bingung jafi fermetasi di luar nua 24jam atau lebih?

Most welcome dear.. How to make the coconut cream from scratch, use the fresh grated coconut instead the dried one. Just add a little water, only a glass for 500 gr fof grated coconut. Then squeeze it, and strain it with the cheese cloth to get the coconut cream. Now coconut cream is ready to use. Done

I like this method...I am not very clear though. Around 3:12 did you say "Don't keep them in the freezer" or "Then keep them in the freezer?" Mine is in room temperature 1 1/2 days now, in warm weather with not much microbiing activity so far. Do I wait another day or put it in the freezer now? Can anyone clarify? Thanks.

What I mean is: Then keep them in a freezer. It's ok, just put it in freezer, for actually the limit is only 24 hours while being fermentated. And if it didn't work we can use the alternative method. i.e by using the kitchen modification. From my experience, just keep in room temperature is not effective, we can keep them next to something warm ex: beside the fridge [exactly next to the warm side], that way there will be more microbing activity..Thank you

If stored properly in a closed plastic bottle [instead of glass], this oil can last 2 months at room temperature. If oxidized it even can last a year. Yes, of course it can be consumed. I have been in accustomed to make omelette for my little son with this oil, and the result is very good. Every now and then I also drink this oil 2-3 tbsp. a day to maintain health. Why do you need freeze 3 or more days when I can freeze the coconut milk to ice in few hours.

Based on my personal experience: the more hours spent in the freezer the clearer the result of VCO we make...

terus ampas minyaknya hitam kah mbak? teknik masaknya gimana? langsung dimasak dikompor? itu minyak kelapa biasa namanya mbak.. kalau VCOitu tekniknya gak boleh langsung dipanaskan di api.. kalaupun dipanaskan harus pake double boiler..seperti terlihat di video.. itupun suhu dijaga g boleh lebih dr 70 dercel..galendo jangan sampai cokelat apalagi item..bagus lagi kalau difermentasi dlu.. biar hasilnya maksimal.. Santan dikasih air dikit aja..2 kelapa cukup 1 gelas air.. lalu parutan kelapa yg sudah di kasih air kita remas2 dulu, setelah itu diperas pake kain saring.. yg diambil perasan pertama aja...

TheHasanVideo eee bukan coklat ding kuning kaya minyak kelapa sawit gitu. ampasnya ga hitam sih cuma kering aja jadi kayak serundeng gitu kecoklatan, terus kumakan pakek nasi 😂. iya dulu waktu bikin salah malah langsung kena api. ohh jadi perbandingannya gitu ya mbak 1 gelas air untuk 2 butir kelapa. aku mau cobain metode mbak gini hehe ngebet kepingin tebal rambutnya. makasih banyak mbak, salam kenal 😊

The alternative mehod done when we have made the explained method but the result was fail. All we have to do is just cook the result by using double boiler. The way to cook is like cooking chocolate. The VCO dough is placed in the pan, then the pan is placed again on a pan or a frying pan that has been given water.Then cook over low heat, stirringconstantly. Make sure the temperature is kept less than 70 degrees centigrade. After 30 minutes to an hour later, the oil is out. Make sure that the solid waste does not turn into brown or black color. If it has already a lot of oil out, we can lift it. Cool the VCO and filter. With this technique, even though it is cooked but the oil is also clear and transparent. This means it still belongs to VCO. Just correct me if I ‘m wrong.

Mau tanya mb 🙋🏻‍♀️ Berarti kalo vco yg melalui proses fermentasi itu hasil akhir vconya apakah akan berasa masam dan bau santan basi? Saya pernah gak sengaja bikin santan karena gak jadi buat dimasak dan akhirnya bau basi (yaaa..kelewat dikit gitu hihi), saya iseng rebus sampai sat, lalu keluar minyak bening gitu. Apakah itu juga masih bisa dimanfaatkan dan termasuk vco? Saya coba cicipi diminum gitu kok ya masam rasanya 😅 dan agak eneg. Mohon penjelasannya mb 🙇🏻‍♀️

Kalau yg dimasak itu bukan VCO tetapi CO(Coconut Oil).. Alias minyak kelapa bukan minyak kelapa murni
