I actually have the Supernatural cook book and I've made the Scarecrow Apple Pie and Pig N a Poke so far. I want to do a cherry pie at some point too. There's so much I want to cook haha. I'm going to do pig n a poke tomorrow as it's 'pancake day' in the UK tomorrow!

Ok so being from the UK buttermilk biscuits are a complete mystery to me. I know american 'biscuits' are similar to scones but without sugar. What's the difference between biscuits and buttermilk biscuits and what could i make in place of them for this as we can't buy the canned buttermilk biscuits here!

I use scone dough but make sure to make a thin layer as it rises and I'd too think throws the portion size off
