Hey, hey, hey ladies and G’s!
WONTON FILLING INGREDIENTS:
Minced Ground Beef
1 Handful of Spring Onion (Chopped)
2 Handfuls of Cabbage (Chopped)
2 Tbls of Crushed Garlic and Ginger
2 Tspns of Dark Soy Sauce
1 Tspn of Salt
1 Tspn of Black Pepper
2 Tspns of Parsley
1 Tspn of Steakhouse Spice
WONTON BROTH INGREDIENTS:
1.7 Litres of Boiling Water
1 Cube of Chicken Stock
1 Chopped Carrot
2 Tbls of Crushed Garlic and Ginger
10ml of Chicken Noodle Packet Soup (Mixed with cold water)
1 Tbls of Sesame Oil
Chopped Spring Onion
2 Tbls of Brown Sugar
1 Tbls of Teriyaki Sauce
1 Tspn of Salt
1 Tspn of Black Pepper
1 Packet of Instant Noodles
Chopped Spinach
Note: Use a small amount of cold water around the edges of the wonton wrappers to help glue them together. Do not use too much water, it will damage your wonton wrappers.
