Fun Fact: CA Glue doesn't stick to polyethylene gloves. And since you were already playing with it, try doing a CA finish on the outside some time, it buffs up to a super high gloss

For the VPN ad, a few streaming companies have updated their agreements to ban VPN clients, I have yet to try one but it is/was a commonly talked about work around with things like football packages for out of market games and such. Personally I would have used TiteBond 3. Better water resistance. A ring is more likely to get wet if you're washing dishes or doing chores. You wouldn't want the glue giving out

Any local jewelry shop will be able to resize it for you for a small fee. If you are a customer of their shop, they will probably do it for free.
