Thanks for another great video, Jamie! I love the way you rebuilt that page, and showed the power of Kadence and the simplicity of GiveWP together. Well done!

Jamie at 4:55 Kadence Blocks has the ability built in to collapse Right to Left on Mobile, ensuring that text will show above the form on Mobile. So no need to duplicate text and then hide on Desktop. 1) Select "Row Layout" 2) Switch to Mobile View by selecting the Mobile Icon 3) In the "Mobile Layout" section make sure Collapse to Rows icon / graphic is active 4) Select "Right to Left" under the "Collapse Order" dropdown Hope that helps. Keep up the good work.

Really fast and quick build, thanks for talking us through your thought process. I'm curious what you are using in the browser to give you two windows side by side. Is it a chrome extension ?
@jamiewp Жыл бұрын
Hi, it's the vivaldi browser 😀

This is a little off topic but I just wanted to get your thoughts about Gutenberg and Bricks Builder theme in particular. With the continuous updates to the block editor and FSE getting more intuitive, do you see plugins/ themes like Kadence and Bricks becoming irrelevant? As far as development speed and site speed, where do you see the ecosphere going?
@jamiewp Жыл бұрын
that's a great question - it's always hard to predict. I know that Bricks has a passionate and growing user base that love it, and so does Kadence. I think that fse and gutenberg will continue to be disruptive to other page builders and i think the divi announcement last week reflects this (i just made a video about that). So in summary, it's complex 😬

Good content thank you🥰. Could you please guide the membership plug in next time? I'm gonna build member only pages with wordpress but have no idea now Thank you

Hi, there's about 50 wordpress plugins out there that can do this 😬 do you have any specific requirements in mind?

@jamiewp Жыл бұрын
I haven’t seen that planned - agree it would be fab . In one of my previous tutorials I give to css needed to swap columns on mobile though
@rockeygamer5163 Жыл бұрын
It is already there! 😳 I have used it before.
@antware Жыл бұрын
That functionality is already there guys. 1) Select "Row Layout" 2) Switch to Mobile View by selecting the Mobile Icon 3) In the "Mobile Layout" section make sure Collapse to Rows icon / graphic is active 4) Select "Right to Left" under the "Collapse Order" dropdown

You can also order sections another way. So desktop columns can stack in any order desired on mobile.
