I have tried your process and it works! There are others who try to emulate you, but your process is the best. The hair is always soft and manageable. Thanks so much for sharing.

Coconut oil is amazing unless you live in a cold state! Summer time my hair is shining and soft! Winter time my hair is soft until I walk outside and then my hair is hard lol! So I only use coconut oil for masks and deep conditioning during the winter instead of for styling

Love love this video. I spent 6 months in the hospital and had 5 surgeries and all those surgeries caused my hair to fall out in clumps. I’ve always had thick beautiful long hair and had to cut it all off. So I can’t wait to try this... thank you so so much !!! You can get all the oils at Wegmans if you choose not to shop at Whole Foods..

I just did my first big chop. I also dyed my hair 3 days before the chop and i blew my hair out to straighten it to evenly chop it off. My goal is to eliminate all heat, chemicals like coloring and get my full natural curls back and im aiming for super growth. I want long beautiful full hair. I just found your channel and im super excited. I am a single mother and the food diet part is going to be super hard for me but I'm hoping at the very least the nightly oil reutine will help my hair.....im so excited to get my hair growing healthy over all and of course long. So excited for your help along my new 2days old journey.

Victoria Victoria thank you soo much for your fast response. I did want to tell you to (if you responded 😁💓) that i am also pregnant so im worried about my hair with all the changes pregnancy can do to a womans body. Do you think i should be worried or something i should or shouldn't do.? I am officially done with chemicals and heat but now with the baby on board im like 😨should i not have chopped.my.hair off lol
@VictoriaVictoria7 жыл бұрын
Ronda Johnson I think this is the perfect opportunity to focus on your hair. I think your hair will grow faster and I’d try not to focus on shedding/etc because what’s meant to happen will be. But if you build a great foundation now even IF there’s some issues it won’t take much to recover. I’d say be careful with essential oils while pregnant. Google and see. Some can actually induce labor. So be cautious 🌺

Your were saying you put the aloe vera on everynight and co washed then it cut to the mixture. And in the beginning you said you put something on your scalp 3 times a week. So much healthy hair info lol i couldnt keep up. I rewinded and wrote notes, just would like to see the process all in order. Have a amazing dayyy!!

Idk, it seems to me that you have the type of hair that grows like wildfire anyway. It's so beautiful!
@VictoriaVictoria7 жыл бұрын
They Will Come So Build It omg thats funny because I hear that so often but it has been such a STRUGGLE I promise you lol. My hair was so damaged, broken off from weaves and relaxers and it just wouldn't grow pass my shoulders for years. At one point not pass my data but I know that was from the weaves. My hair is super delicate so it breaks off sooooo easily. But it certainly grows like wildfire now since I've made these changes to my lifestyle. What's your hair story/journey? What works best for you and what would you say your hair type was? I love your username btw ❤️❤️❤️
@calvarybroughtmein7 жыл бұрын
Thank you! It's a play on the quote:" If you build it they will come". Yeah so girl.. I have been on a hgj for 5 years believe it or not, doing everything I should be doing. Washing 1x a week. DC weekly, daily massages every day. Trying to moisturize daily. Staying away from sulfate shampoos, using little to no heat, protective styling. The whole 9. Then this past year, I discovered I have low porosity hair. Which explains why my hair is always so dry. Nothing I used helps. After washing and dc it is so soft, but in the morning the next day, it is hard as a brillo pad. I have 4c hair. I can tell it does grow because of the grey roots. The only thing that keeps it soft now is vegetable glycerin. It makes my hair incredibly soft! The growth still at the same place seems like forever. I said I was not giving up, but it is too discouraging. I sometimes get so depressed because I see so many others with what I want so badly. That's my story. Thank you for caring! 😊
@VictoriaVictoria7 жыл бұрын
They Will Come So Build It I know! I love a good play on words. Might be a Gemini thing, idk. Well it sounds like you have identified your type of hair and understand exact what it needs. I would keep that vegetable glycerine in my head 24 hours as a leave in once a week. I know that grey hair is sometimes more coarse as well...have you ever tries aloe Vera juice? At one point the middle of my hair would grow just as you described: like Brillo! It was insane. Like a beard- no lie. Finally I just got so frustrated and cut it to the root with scissors. And it free back coarse a few more times and I cut it AGAIN!! And I kept that ar a packed with aloe Vera GEL from the plant and castor oil. Then it finally grew in like normal hair. It was like it was fried there or something. You sound very knowledgeable and like the type of person who doesn't give up. So I know you're gonna get there ❤️❤️. And probiotics are amazing!! Please try it out 🙏🏻
@calvarybroughtmein7 жыл бұрын

Hi @Victoria Victoria, Hru?. If you're able may you please explain your exact way that you did your routine with the essential oils, coconut oil, Shea moisture conditioner and Aloe Vera Juice in the beginning of your hair journey step by step.. I watched the hair growth challenge video but would like more insight on exactly what steps you took with the products I named.. Is it normal for your hair to dry while massaging with the oils, after co washing rinsing than applying the Aloe Vera Juice following the oils or am I doing something wrong?. Sorry for any inconvenience and thanks for your time..

Victoria Victoria yes it does. I’m having a set back at the nape area. But I’ve been using my oils now for about two weeks. I think it was my silk scarf that I wrapped my hair with. I never used it just slept on my silk or satin pillow case. I had my hair straightened only twice once last year and this year but I kept it wrapped because I was sick. I normally have a rod set. I switch it up. I’m at bra length. So back to my rod set on Thursday. Wish me luck for health hair growth. 😀

She's not mixed with Asian she identifies as African American. We can grow long hair but we have to be educated about our hair, stress, water intake and diet. Genetics does make a difference but the biggest lie is our hair doesn't grow.
