Thank you Mallory, you are so sweet and beautiful too! I purchased a smudge kit from you a while back. I have used it once. I did my own prayers and thoughts but I don't know if it worked or not. I am not one to give up on things in my life that I want to do so your video here has given me more incentive to start using my smudging kit. No I have not - I actually never said anything out loud but always was in a space of gratitude for the medicines and the teachings of smudging

I just usually go with the flow, and then realize there were things I forgot to pray about etc...but this is awesome because it helps you can set your intentions, organize your thoughts and hopes.
