The problem is,older people like us,who have knee pain and high blood pressure, find it impossible to follow these five difficult asanas. Please suggest some less strenuous asanas.

Thank u Mam for explaining Aasanas for diabetis.I always do other exercises, shall try them, pls could u pls explain is there any pranayaam or anything fir vericos veins, I get tremendous legs pain sometimes & 4 months before blood oozed out from one of veins. Wear socks for veins.

Thanks for explaining these yoga poses. Not very difficult to follow! Not always Type II diabetes is caused by lifestyle choices or stress. Sometimes it is your genetic makeup that messes with your body. That seems to be the case with me. 🙏

Namaste, Drinking coconut oil mixed with water is not recommended for passing kidney stones; staying hydrated and consulting a doctor is more effective.

Most of these Asanas cannot be done by someone who has undergone a Total Hip Replacement surgery. Are there alternate Asanas that can be done in such cases?
