HOW TO MANAGE POSTPARTUM HAIR LOSS

Such a happy adorable baby! I'm a bit embarrassed to admit that's the amount of hair shed I have every wash day. I thought it was normal....? I already do the oils with scalp massage, silk bonnet/pillowcase, good haircare products, protective styles, etc. My kidlets are adults in their mid 20's so it can't still be postpartum hair loss. Eeek off to search some vitamins....

Everyone's normal hair shedding is different ☺️ I wouldn't be too concerned unless you're noticing thin or bald patches

Postpartum hair loss is no joke! Not sure if you've seen the baby blues postpartum hair vitamins but they have helped my hair so much. Didn't shed so long like with my first baby and its growing back so much faster (has biotin/collagen/folic acid etc for hair growth) They taste really good too.

Ahhh so glad you made this! Going through PP hair loss right now 😭 baby girl is five months old tomorrow and it seems to be at (I hope) it’s worst

Thank you for this!! My baby is a month and a half 😍 I have thick hair, but it's thin around the temples...I constantly have those short pieces there. I have been wearing my hair a little looser, but it's still a little tight, just out of habit. Fingers crossed I don't look like a balding man when my hair loss starts 😂

Aww congrats on your baby!! The amount of hair that is lost is a bit alarming at the time in all honesty, but no one else will notice your hair looking any thinner ☺️
