Rally enjoying the channel, nice to hear from a real trader, since there are so many fakes out there... Five mins into your "Do You Have What It Takes To Be a Profitable Trader?" video, I could tell you actually had real-life trading experiences and practical knowledge that would only be gained by actually doing it.

This was good and helpful, I have heard multiple times about stepping away, but my takeaway was the Journal part. Thank you

I believe it really takes "time" to really be in the rhythm especially in the emotions side of trading. The amount of time or exposure to the market would eventually forge that kind of stamina or strength - ( I prefer calling it "FORTITUDE" :)

This video is extremely helpful, but I wish that you would go into even greater detail and specifics about tips and tricks that you use to avoid emotional states that are detrimental to your trading and foster emotional states that are helpful to your trading. For example, one great tip that you briefly mentioned was taking a day off from trading after a string of losers.
