Here's how to memorize the colors (red, black), in order, of a shuffled deck of cards. It's something you can learn very quickly and perform in front of people very quickly too with very little practice. Enjoy!

Hey, guys, this works! Well, I have mediocre memory (everybody can say that) and it took me: around 10 minutes to memorize system +5 minutes to practice it, plus 20 (ok, maybe 25) minutes to do two decks with perfect accuracy second time. Total - less then 1 hour to acquire a cool skill, and I am far away from being fluent in English, so it took me considerable time to invent words. I gonna exercise every day, for memory and, ha(!) for language. Thanks, NerD)

Very cool idea and well taught. I think some of the other benefits here involve: 1) extending short term memory skills 2) learning to create, manage and implement association systems 3) practicing the recall of abstract/arbitrary information And this is such a cool little skill-within-a-skill with a deck of cards. It kind of reminds me of how I'm currently in the gym looking like a wimp with small weights to develop my side-lats ... but knowing that actually its tackling areas that just need that kind of attention to grow. Thanks for the cool video and great training. I'm going to work this into the card regime ... and I'm thinking there may be an application of this drill to developing better poker memory. :)

Love your videos! Having trouble with this technique though. Is it just me, or do you get a lot of words that are nothing like English words and require a lot of work to create an image. I especially struggle with "oo" as in book . If you get an "n", "m", "g" on the end of the word, this vowel is pretty tough. I subbed in a long A for oo as in book. I find it works better, but I still get a lot of combinations that really don't work well. I might just need practice with coming up with words? Like i can manage "fick" into "fig" or "fickle". But what do you do with "muge" or "Neef"?

Great stuff Sir. Can you switch the consonants around? I am learning numbers by DT, N,M, etc...in sequence instead of your shown..B,CK, DT, F..? Or is the shown one on video better at creating words stastically? Thanks

If you would like a wider audience you may want to update your examples of binary systems. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gender_binary

Good point. Was using it as a very rudimentary example, didn't mean to imply that gender/sex was binary. Apologies! Will be more aware of what I say next time.

97.7% identify with their biological sex as male or female. that means its binary. Ill grant you that those who see themselves as being outside that binary view should be given respect although they do not get to control the language nor make factual claims without backing them up. If 97.7 doesn't constitute a correlation worthy of a binary form of categorization then we cant dispense with the notion of categories altogether.

There are only 2 sexes and its determined by your biology and it a biological classification 'male' or 'female' and of the species 'homo sapien'. So-called 'gender' - is a bullshit term used pretty much as a synonym for 'unique mix of personality traits and preferences.' Sex is a classification for the human species, and your name (and social security number etc) is a legal identifier for you individually - but there aren't 'classifications' for each individuals - that defeats the entire purpose of classification! A human being has certain traits to be classified as human ie 2 arms, 2 legs, 1 head, a brain, born of human etc but we might be aware of people born without a leg or conjoined twins - this doesn't classify them as something other than human, they're still human. The blueprint for humans is still 2 arms, 2 legs, 1 head, a brain etc despite a minuscule portion deviating from that biological blueprint who are still human. Similarly, the fact that some people deviate from the blueprint does not necessitate them to be classified as something different than male/female. Using your 'logic' every single variation of personality traits and preferences would require an entire classification system that would have classifications equal the amount of people! Thats makes no sense!! You would have to have a unique term for Jim who likes dogs and pineapple on pizza, and another for Rakim who loves to ride his bike and brew his own beer. Both are still male but vary infinitely on what characterizes they possess and having a classification for each is not the purpose of classification.. I think people who buy this shite just want to give themselves a title and to feel special. You've been brainwashed by people who are using you to make money.
