What if we're using a flat checkpoint? I couldn't select mine.

It has to be placed on grid to select it. If it is free blocked, then you have to place it on grid first and make it an item, and then free block it

I can't select the checkpoint block because it wasn't placed on the grid. Anyone have a solution?

Really nice video, but you can make little improvements. Keep an eye on sound balance, music is way too high to hear you clearly. And for the tutorial, really nice, but you cover only one specific case ( where you put respawn 2 blocs left and 1 back ) maybe explaining the values you put and where so all can know how to put respawn anywhere. But as I said really nice tuto man

Maybe you could do a video teaching how to add MOD textures into the maps, like an TMGL, another video how to change the colors of the trees or even standart blocks with another colors?

There is, follow the same process but instead of making a new item, edit the existing one then save with a different name and you don't need to replace the block.

If you place a block with free block mode, it doesn't let you create item from selected block. So you have to place the block on grid, and then edit it, and then free block the item you made to where you want to put it. You can edit the item after placing it though!

I think so, should be possible with any of the block checkpoints. It's not possible with the ones under "items" since the built-in items can't be edited.

Is the any way to make a checkpoint that is not respawnable? I'm trying to make a map that if you fall off the road you need to restart the whole map

I don't think it is possible. The only way would be to make it so if you fall off, it is impossible to finish
