if niko wants to make a big turn to the right, he lifts his mouse, positions it to the left, takes a full mousepad swipe, repositions in middle. this "lift to make a big swipe" is something you learn via very low sens sessions. resetting with wrist is basically inventory exclusive...

@@sarthakrajan2387 its quite a worthy look. check "niko mouse cam" on youtube and you see plenty of swipes without cursor movement. its also a huge time save if you do not have to reset twice.

great vid. I realize I probably don't smooth enough to take a fight like yay does in icebox clip, I try to always only jiggle or dedi-peek(u call it strafe stop, i like dedicated peek term coined by silenx, val pro). i usually only smooth with gun out when im near a fight but im pretty sure they're not in the immediate area so i can get to the fight faster and have my gun out. usually when i encounter an enemy while i'm smoothing, i die. if im expecting a fight, im always dedipeeking or jiggling. def need to realize when i can use smoothing to take fights too. angle advantage is another important thing to keep in mind, you don't really want to jiggle peek into an op when ur at a severe angle disadvantage. this is where u incorporate jump peeks. i see a lot of pros using jump peeks to quickly clear multiple angles at once with minimal risk, its super strong when used well.

Do you press movement key first and move mouse after while smoothing or do both at the same time?

hello, I'm from Belgium and I speak French, I'm trying to understand, and your explanations are very interesting, I have a question about the Fliks I can't get my viewfinder to move as quickly visually it looks like the movement in the very good players is instantaneous as if the viewfinder moves from left to right or vice versa in a tenth of a second. do you have a trick

isnt better to slice the pie instead of smoothing?
@RonRamboKim
@RonRamboKim 3 ай бұрын
Depends on the angle and situation. If you have to go fast/rush/apply quick pressure then smoothing is the option
