Thanks so much for this information, man. This is going to help me excel. Our plant has had minimal training on our new robot system. Day shift has had techs available, but night shift is left alone. i was stuck for 2 hours because i didn't know one little piece of info. good thing i didn't accidentally run the robot in T2, because it was in a critical position and i didn't know what axis i was pressing. could have damaged the head.

thanks for the video? how to find the Direction of the movement, Like in Fanuc If I press +J1 will it rotate the servomotor in clockwise or anti clockwise direction?
@FutureRoboticsChannel3 жыл бұрын
When you will take a look at the real robot on each axis you can find the joint movement direction (they will be labeled), like in here kzbin.info/www/bejne/paqWk56tgr14kLM When you hit J1+ it will move counter clockwise.

@@himalaysharma8 I'll be posting video about Data Registers and Position Registers, I'll mention palletizing there, so stay tuned for new videos !
@Future Robotics How do you bring the robot back to its original position (home position i guess) after jogging? Thanks in advance!
@FutureRoboticsChannel3 жыл бұрын
For that you would need to run (SHIFT + FWD) a robot program that has the HOME position saved in it. Or if the HOME position is saved in a PR (position register) you can open position registers and use MOVE_TO button (also while holding SHIFT button)

Hello, Let me thank you for your great videos, It’s about to bring the robot down to replace the one joint motor and reducer, first it has to bring robot in home position or zero position then turn it off , put it down and do the maintenance! Is it correct?
@mubarishussain36963 жыл бұрын
How to come to that menu which you showed. I cant find it
@FutureRoboticsChannel3 жыл бұрын
I think you are asking about the joint values, you can open it by pushing the "POSN" button that is located at the bottom of teach pendant keyboard.
