Talk to a Doctor ... really? I have talked to many doctors for the past 15 years. I have done everything mentioned in the video and more (except HCL). Every Doctor told me not to take HCL. Stating I make too much Acid already which is the reason for the inhibitors to lower my stomach acid due to Acid Reflux. Concerning my issues you name it ... I got it. Trying not to get cancer. Over the years things just kept on getting worse to the point that I just wanted to die. I finally just went ahead and took the HCL according to how much protein in the meal. Very little protein I just take 1 pill 650mg ... high protein meals require more pills ... etc. So you need to pay attention to your body. Anyway ... I told my doctor today that I have been taking HCL for about 30 days and I feel like a different person. She freaked out! She even said she not sure if she wants to keep me as a patient if I continue to take them. I told her I'm not sure that I want to keep her as my doctor since you have no idea how HCL w pepsin has helped me. And wonder why she did not know about this? If it was up to me I'd fire every doctor that has treated me for these last 15 years! I think they should be strung up! *Their practice of getting kickbacks on the drugs they prescribe is UNETHICAL and that leads to very poor care at that!* *My conclusion is you have to be a better doctor than the one treating you!*

@@GirthQuake9000 I used to be a heavy meat eater. I'm now trying to eat mainly plant-based and organic as much as possible. However I do eat meat occasionally, and when I do I notice I have to take more HCL with pepsin. So it seems to work so much better than all the crap the doctors prescribed for me.

100% doctors are nothing but drug dealers. Your local crack dealer probably has more ethics than them. They get you sick and keep you sick. I went into a pharmacy looking for a HCL stomach acid product listed on their website, wasn't on the shelf, asked the pharmacist for it and he said people always need less stomach acid don't take that product. When I turned around and said people with acid reflux have low stomach acid as the cause, he didn't argue but didn't know what to say, he didn't say anything I could see him thinking and I smiled and left...useless

I've had acid reflux forever. I'm going to try ACV before meals and see how that goes. I think the main culprit for me is being overweight. A real doctor. What a joke. MDs use drugs and surgery and then more drugs and surgery, etc....... MDs almost never heal anything. They just keep you on these debilitating pharmaceutical and surgical protocols for life. Often shortened and painful lives. I hope you don't have to go this route. Even the natural doctors have trouble because of the average Americans diet. And it can take years to rebuild a body that has been torn down by years or decades of abuse. I know most all of this data and two days ago I had two pints of Hagen Daz. But I juiced and had organic meats the next two days and I am doing great.

I was skeptical at first because everyone on KZbin is an expert but what you say makes logical sense so I figured I have nothing to lose. I've suffered from acid reflux for more than 15 years and two years ago it got so bad it would double me over. I would start coughing then aspirate acid into my lungs which could cause me to start vomiting. This would happen daily. My doctor put me on Prilosec. It helped but then I started putting on weight. 30 lbs in 6 months. I ran out of Prilosec 5 days ago. Instead of buying more at $20 a box I got bottle of Apple Cider Vinegar for $6. Three days in and I can not believe the improvement! I've had only mild heartburn when I sleep which goes away with a sip of water. If this continues to improve you have completely changed my life! I have constant pain ( I don’t feel burn) and heaviness in my chest and nothing helps. Well... when I eat it helps a little. I used HCL ( maybe dose was too high), apple cider vinegar, digestive enzymes and what not and no help. As soon I get up I feel pain and it last till I go to bed. What’s going on? I eat healthy. I become vegetarian, no sugar, no coffee, no gluten... why my esophagus hurts?! Endoscopy showed plaque in esophaguses (no candida or cancer) I was prescribed anti acid ( with no relieve or help) without testing if I have low or high stomach acid. Dr said I have gerd, silent heartburn, but I don’t have/feel heartburn and other gerd symptoms, more like indigestion. Is it possible I have environmental and/or food allergies (Eosinophilic esophagitis EoE) I don’t know about? 🆘

I'm a healthy fitness my routine is to have only healthy meals vegetables, fruits, leaves, crushed ginger warm water every morning, I don't smoke, no alcohol, regular home work out, no coffee teas, carbohydrates drink, I get excess of burping while i sleep these days, I still raise my Pellow and sleep, morning after i awake i get burping excessively, I didn't take any tablets so far, I maintained natural remedies only, Now am planning to go far GERD Surgery - Laparoscopic Nissen Fundoplication what do you suggest Doctor ?

Thank you for taking the time to do this very helpful and informative video. I have extreme bloating, gas and GI discomfort most of the time, including when I go to sleep and when I wake up in the morning. The only time I don't feel gas is when I manage to fast for more than 20 hours. This is beyond frustrating, especially since I've tried everything I can think of such as giving up dairy, gluten, legumes, nuts, fruit, raw vegetables, soy, sugar and processed foods during the past 4 years. Could the problem simply be that I don't have enough stomach acid and HCL pepsin like this video describes? If I eat raw ginger root half-an-hour before each meal and put apple cider vinegar on my food during the meals, should this solve my extreme gas, bloating and GI discomfort? Thank you so much! I tremendously appreciate your counsel.👫

Water is already alkaline @ PH neutral 7. But, particularly in the case of low stomach acid, the PH of the stomach is high. So regular water, let alone water with a high PH, will just cause more bloating & reflux. Some tricks I discovered to acidify my water are; lemon juice, a couple ACV tablets, or even taking a probiotic on an empty stomach. Water is essential for producing stomach acid, but drinking it @ room temp about 1/2-1hr before a meal, rather than during, can help produce acid rather than dilute it. Some say salt water is even better. *Do not do my extra "tricks" though, & double up on ACV, HCL etc., if you plan to eat a protein meal & take them with it. HTH :)

Hope you find solution in those years.. For this issue you have start with stomach, then you can heal the gut. Healthy Keto diet, low carb, high fat, best is carnivore for this. IF 16/8 if you can, but the week with period do 12/12. Maybe you need to support your gall blader with bile salt, ox bile, or TUDCA. No fiber in you diet! Use some natural antibiotics like garlic. If you have stomach ulcer, do not use HCL, ACV is fine. To begin with veggies, start with some sprouts, or microgreens, best on soil, few lettuce will be OK. Hope it will help somebody.

These days, because of California drought, almonds are very expensive. Some farms have gone out of business because their trees died from lack of water. You’ll want non-pasteurized raw almonds which you can’t buy in stores(US) because law requires them to be pasteurized (heated to at least 185* for a certain time, so they aren’t really raw then) but it’s legal for farmers to sell unpasteurized raw almonds to individuals. You can sometimes find raw, unpasteurized almonds from Spain in health food stores. But in any case, expect to pay$18-25 per pound no matter what.
