I am grateful for KZbin channels like yours. Sometimes, life feels like a jigsaw puzzle, and we only need that one missing piece for the whole picture to make sense. Thank you for helping me find my missing pieces.

That turned out to be pretty darn wholesome in the end. I tried two decades to impress people and it did me a huge disservice. There is something so deeply, wholeheartedly satisfying to help a person you care about out and put a smile on their faces.

If I were to recommend a self-improvement channel, this would be it. You are the only creator who implements their values and ideas into easy-to-follow steps, in a way that makes it universally beneficial. Keep it up!

It’s unreal how underrated this channel is !!
@nadinthirteen22328 күн бұрын
It's even more unreal (in a good way) that the author continues to create videos he wants to create and not drops everything to stamp similar stuff to please The Algorithm (literally the only thing that lies on the way of that channel becoming XX millions subscribers one).

What you said about the spotlight effect is absolutely spot on. It was my situation as a child. I was extremely insecure as a child, socially paranoid, thinking everybody was laughing at me, which amplified into social awkwardness, which led to constantly tripping over my own two feet, which led to constantly spraining my ankles, which led to weak ankles, which long story short, led to becoming a fearless social butterfly. Unbelievable change? Well, the unbelievable metamorphosis started at 14, when my best friend taught me all about socializing and hiding my fears. Essentially, he role played with me and took me to parties to practice my new skills. Eventually I became quite the social expert thanks to him. The very next year I became one of the most popular kids in my school and even got the lead part in the school play. Big change, right? Going from being afraid of being in the spotlight to being on stage in the spotlight. The final part of my metamorphosis was in my mid 20s though, when I overcame my irrational fears. Believe it or not, those fears were all tied to self love. Active, real, unconditional self love. I talk about that journey in my video How to Love Yourself, so I won’t expand on it here. But once I learned how to actively love myself, I went from being secretly afraid to pretty much fearless. I’ve heard self love is the foundation of all good therapy and I believe it. As for people eventually disappearing from the Earth and being forgotten, that’s only true in the Earth reality. Being gifted with psychic mediumship, I can assure you that what we call death is actually a metamorphosis from this reality to the next one which many refer to as the spiritual world. So, in truth, we aren’t forgotten. As we aren’t dead, except to those on Earth. It’s amazing to have communicated with people who have crossed over to the other side. It’s certainly changed my reality and beliefs. Everyone I meet, I not only consider our relationship here, but what it may be in the next phase. Those on the other side, I can assure you are very much alive, and their lives are an extension of this one, not some type of reincarnation. ❤

But you can witness it and be Thoughful about your Ego driven Actions
@A-C19973 ай бұрын
@@MelGehtdichgarnichtsan absolutely, but that’s not what was said at all. Nor were any practical steps given regarding how to go about becoming the observer of the ego (like meditation). The video itself is only good editing wise. It completely lacks practicality and a detailed explanation of what many people deeply need a better understanding of. Because of that, I believe this video is harmful. Specifically, the videos pure inability to offer meaningful information about a subject that keeps people stuck for years. I.E,. Believing that an ego death can actually occur. With that being said, my comment isn’t intended to be purely critical. I hope the creator reads the comment and considers delving more into this topic for his followers who need a better understanding. To end the coverage of this topic where this video ends would be irresponsible considering his education and his overall goals for this channel.

It's funny how you're focusing on the "worst case scenario" that "might" happen, completely ignoring the case (i guess like 95% of the channel viewers, why would we even wanna watch you, right?) of and already realised "worst case scenario" 😅
