Do you have any input on businesses that have a PO Box at an office address but are not actually physically at that address?

Unfortunately to take advantage of Google My Business you'll need to have a physical location/address where you meet customers during your stated business hours. A PO Box won't be acceptable. Here's some more info! support.google.com/business/answer/3038177?#address

Service are is best used for companies that have a specific range like a company that services a 50 mile radius for example. Nationwide companies won't always find a lot of value utilizing the service area option.
