There is nothing more miserable and painful than loneliness. Any person, no matter their age or stage of life, can experience loneliness at any time. Loneliness is a common problem among the elderly, those struggling through breakups or divorces, and those who have lost a loved one. Even though technology allows us to stay connected, many people complain that they feel lonely. In fact, Generation Z adults (ages 18-22) are the most lonely of all populations, according to a survey. The good news is that you can overcome loneliness in many ways. Dr. Mary Matilda suggests that a state of solitude can help to alleviate loneliness. In this Malayalam motivation video she highlights eight ways to overcome pain and depression due to loneliness.
