Your videos are wonderful. Fasting is a great tool for many illnesses and mental clarity, but dry fast with no water is dangerous. Our body needs hydration. Sipping on Clean Water while fasting throughout the day is essential.

Thank you for your feedback! Dry fasting is very good for a healthy body. But if you have some health problems ( kidney stones, diabetes etc), you have to fast with water or even eat fruits/vegetables.

Thank you Dada for saying "Thanks God if you fall asleep during meditation ". I lived in a zen monastery for one month where falling asleep during meditation was considered as a weakness ...

My problem is I feel very at peace sometimes but I work with people who are negative. They annoy me so I think about them a lot during the day. I try to be at peace but I get angry and upset with them and then myself for thinking about them negatively. However I am becoming aware of what I am thinking through meditation so hopefully I can change this. Thanks for your great videos Dada 🙏

I think it is a problem of many people. The way is to substitute the negative thinking by spiritual ideation, it is hard in the beginning, but as the habit develops it becomes more natural and easy.

@@MeditationSteps OK, I will try! If you ever have time to make a video on this it would be so helpful. Like you say, it is a problem of many people. I know I am thinking negatively sometimes but I don't know how to replace those thoughts. Namaskar 😊

try not to take their negativity as something personnal against you and remember that they are as they can, that does not belong to you , we can learn to answer to négativity because sometimes when listening deeply others we anderstand why they are negative, we give to God and guru puja is very helpfull

To avoid falling asleep during meditation it is important to observe the working and rest regime: to go to bed early and to get enought sleep. It's also recommended to take a half bath and asanas before meditation.

Dada I got a question, when I meditate it comes to my mind many negative thoughts telling me to do this to be like this... and I really don’t want it and I fear if I continue meditating I will become what I do not want and fear.what I should do??

You need to place a greater emphasize on asanas, yoga dances (kaoshiki) and dynamic meditations (singing baba nam kevalam mantra with laliita marmika dance).

It would be great if you could demonstrate asanas for each chakra. I am not familiar with asanas and having difficulties to find them.

We are planning in the near future to release the videos with a detailed description of every necessary asana, but it will take a few months to complete that project properly.

Unfortunately I don't have time for sports. In my daily routine, I practice yoga asanas and the two yogic dances; Kaoshikii and Tandava.

He says it’s good for you to fall asleep meditating- this is absolutely false, if your goal is to practice mediation!!!! If your goal is simply to relax, then fine. But this is absolutely not the goal of true meditation.
