Ryan you REALLY do help people, because you know what... I just got my first listing today, I watch your videos every day and today I said to myself that I would DO something. I got on the phone, called an fsbo I've been making a connection with and told her that I would sell her house, she asked me how and I told her because I am the hardest working agent out there, that I will give all my marketing skill, etc to sell her home. So thank you Ryan for giving us realtors (especially younger ones) the biggest motivation to go out there and work our butts off.

I teach. I needed a second income for my family. I started a pool service LLC in 2013 in Vegas. I was taking on any and every pool I could, even if it meant having to drive an hour to get to it. Now, I have a nice tight route in a 2 mile bubble next to the house. Last year I matched my teaching salary. This year, even with the Covid-19 thing going on, it’s been my busiest and most successful year...realtors call me all the time to clear up their green pools and for inspections.
