The Displacer Beast came out great, but that base is amazing mate. I was getting the vibe that is was a night scene with the colour on the rock reminding me of Avatar movie with the black panther type beast scene.

This came out amazing man!!!!!!!!!. Don't go anywhere with out superglue and activator it's a lifeline for the older metal model but this is still an awesome model

That's good to hear! This was a long time ago! I used IKEA coconut fibre that I grinded down. Sorry to say they do not sell these anymore AFAIK! 👍😢

Have you considered just clipping the pre made base off of the model? That’s what I always do. Even if there’s a bit left around the feet, that can be covered up easily after basing.

Wow no problem! Yeah washes are good but at the same time I do feel like you don't need them really, you just need to start darker hence defining the shadow color. :) Happy to hear that the video inspired you! Thank you so much for telling me! :)
