Beautiful job, Mike! Is there a cut off temperature for you where it's too cold to paint exterior?

Yes! We're using Resilience from S.W. and it's rated as low as 35 F. That's not ideal for dry time, but it doesn't effect the end product! We use an infrared thermometer to test the temperature of the substrate and an ambient thermometer in the shade, at least 5 feet above the ground to eliminate ground temp variations, to test the ambient temp! If it's all 35 and above we go for it! Never had any problems!

What kind paint did you use was it straight latex or primer mixed paint?

Just straight latex. The trim comes pre primed.
