Good to see the painters’ faces back on screen again.

This a great video! Great idea to showcase entire box painting, would be a great for other boxes too, definitely help new hobbyist 👍

I learned two things watching his video. 1) I can do this. 2) Mixing contrast medium to your contrast paints makes them like speed paints. The paint flows better, and darkens the recesses.

This is great! Very accessible and not too many paints involved.

These models were a ton of fun to paint in the leviathan box. Glad to see them in the starter sets and combat patrol!

Some great tips in there., this will definitely help me get through my own collection. Wonderful to see Adam at the start and the end too, personally I find it helps me engage with the content when I can get to know and trust the painter. I loved seeing Adam's Deathwatch on Warhammer Community and in person at Warhammer world when I visited. That made me more likely to click this video and watch it through!

Brilliant guide and Combat Patrol is my favourite mode of 40k at the moment. These new detailed tyranids are perfect for contrast paints.

I love seeing people on the screen. Also love the Combat Patrol boxes. I love painting and love picking up the combat boxes as an excuse to paint up an army I havent before

I like contrast paint a lot, but I think it requires some dry-brushing to bring out its full potential.

Awesome video. Most of my Nids are painted as Kraken but I'm getting really tempted to do all the new releases as Leviathan.
@officialwarhammer Жыл бұрын
Understandable. Kraken is still a great scheme though.

I absolutely can’t wrap my head around about how good that carapace is looking. Following all the same steps but my one just looks patchy and dirty with leviathan purple. Is there a second coat that I’m missing ?

did you give the paint and real good shake first? Paint can separate a bit in the pot. With contrast, it's about pushing the paint around to avoid pooling. Try this: kzbin.info/www/bejne/eYKYp2dsp96tbqs

Simple green or LAs finest. Soak for 30 minutes, wash off under warm water and scrub with a tooth brush.

So this is my first Warhammer TV video and i heared a bunch of bad things about them... I have to say i am very pleasently suprised at how good this is. Also i cant find the camera you guys placed in my Hobby room... cuz i paint Tyranids exactly the same!
