Hi Tony, I downloaded XRS Connect and commenced the process to connect. The app has found my xrs 370 however I receive a message on my I Phone saying it is not support. I have the latest I Phone - what should I do ?

Hi Melissa, No, you can only run one app at a time (for now). We are currently working on merging the two apps but it won’t be ready for release until early next year. Hope that helps!

Hi Tony, Had an about 4yr old XRS connect & location services apps on my IPhone X, working I recently bought a new car and XRS 370C set it up to both old apps which were working. Then noticed new apps available App Store did not say update app but rather download, so deleted old apps, then down loaded XRS location services but am unable to locate the XRS Connect app for updating Radio, Tried GME link on the web which states (in the app store)the apps not available in my area. I am in North Qld, Help please Gav

Hi Gav, Please note that there is only the 1 app now for XRS which is called XRS Connect (this has fused the 2 existing apps) and should be available Australia Wide. We will have ou team look into this though!

Hi there, on the mic if you select MENU - then scroll to radio settings, press menu again to enter the radio settings and then scroll down until you see reset. Once there select the reset option to do a factory reset on your XRS. Hope this helps!

Hi Craig, yes it is! Just hit the menu key, then navigate to radio settings, enter and then select brightness. Once in, use the up/down keys to scroll and select the desired brightness.

Having issues on Android, the apps download but won't open at all, just flash a load screen and close. Google Pixel 3XL running on android 11.

Thanks for your feedback regarding our XRS Apps. Larry. We are aware of this issue on the Android version and our software team is working on resolving this. Unfortunately it has not been the ‘quick fix’ we had hoped for but we are working on a new and improved version that will address these issues that is due by the end of the month. Apologies for the inconvenience this has caused.

you can reset the radio by going to: menu - scroll to radio settings - scroll to reset settings - select reset radio. This should resolve the issue, if it still persists try the factory reset (same process except select factory reset instead of reset radio). If it still persists please contact our tech team on 1300463463 and they will advise!
