I took the step 1 last month. I'm very disappointed, the exam is not even close to the practice material that the prep book sells online. The level of difficulty is like 5x or 6x.

Would it be bad, for someone that knows very little, to insted of doing random, going through each system at once? and doing the PDFs of each system as I go through them? Currently I'm going through UWorld Renal + Renal PDF and I feel like I'm learning a lot.

I have 10 days. I finished all of Uworld. My physiology is weak af, what do you suggest? I am doing your neuro PDF rn and i love it! Bumped my score up big time since my NBME 30 to NBME 28. Please help. Thank you! I have also done NBME 25: 72% (timed but done here and there). 26:68% (last month, not timed), NBME 31: 68% (last month, not timed), CBSE: 74% (month and half ago), Old free 120: 70% (3 weeks ago), UWSA1: 60% (3 weeks ago), NBME 30: 59% (last week), NBME 28 78% (yesterday). I’m not feeling ready mostly cause i have gotten a lot of the physio questions wrong

Step 1 is pass/fail so rather be resourceful with your time on it. But if you have plenty of time for step 1 prep, depth of your practice in NBME and Mboss will sharpen step 1 basics for step 2 CK prep.
