Thank you so much you are alot of help and you are one of the only people who are genuine and not clickbate, I would suggest making a crow to Handstand video cause I'm having trouble figuring that out and I think it would help alot of people, I'd also suggest making a headstand video where your hands are flat on the ground and not curling around your head

Excellent, Mazen. Now I just need to learn how to breathe when in the pose! Like you, I far prefer to turn out my hands so the fingers face backward... so much more comfortable.

Hi mazen! When you say turn your hands out , do you mean you like to place the hands so that the fingers face out to the sides of your waist? I'm confused bc I know the traditional way of placing the hands and I can't seem to decipher what you mean in the video when you talk about the alternative way to have your hands. Thank you !! 🙏

When I say turn the hands out I mean fingertips towards toes or slightly more outside depending on preference. I hope this helps
