This worked soo much, I'm 13 and new to calisthenics, and the crow pose is my first skill trying to learn for real, I wasn't able to do it at first, but after I watched your video, some how, under 1 week, I can now do it for at most 10 secs

I couldn't do this... I've been trying and just failing. Then I followed your video - and the FIRST TIME found myself immediately in the position and holding it! Excellent tutorial, taking things step by step like this, really well explained. Thank you.

@MooSurfer9 ай бұрын
@@mazen.movement my next goal is to do the one leg crow that you demonstrate - but I see how HARD it is to take your knees off your elbows!! Eventually I want to do a handstand too. Oh and I'm also trying to learn the L sit. I'm going to be following more of your videos - you are a really good teacher.

But just by seeing the vid it is great video. U earned a sub my man 💪 ❤

@@mazen.movement thanks man now i am at elbow lever, i just have to learn the position by leaning more and more then i will master it, now i mastered crow pose : 10sec, L sit on bars and tuck L sit: 6 sec, handstand:3sec, and elbow lever but with legs apart like frog pose but the legs aren't on or at the side of my elbows, but thanks you helped with my progess.

Such a great presentation of tutorial, im strong and comfortable on my crow pose, im now planning forward to single leg crow, tried it, was super uncomfortable and unstable. Should i just keep doing the progression i.e. using the head support or try to get in high hip position and hold? Thanks!

This is my first time trying the crow pose and found it easy. I've been training to do handstand and I can hold it for a few seconds but I'm learning fast. I'll get to my point. I feel like I can take the crow pose to handstand if I keep trying hut I'm sure you can show me quicker !?

Is it normal for it to hurt or bruise under your knees? Especially any attempt at single leg crow. Low has been much easier for me because theres no/less pain but I dont think you can get to single leg from there (?)
@mazen.movement11 ай бұрын
Single leg low crow is super awkward, I don't recommend it.. the pain/bruising should go away as you figure out subtle changes in how you place the knee (as well as your body adapting a bit)... shoot me a DM on ig with your attempt and I can provide a more detailed answer

The "low crow" I teach in the beginning is commonly referred to as frog stand... but I've also seen the regular crow also referred to as "frog stand" so it depends on who you ask lol
