Been doing it for over one year , with the single arm landmine row / meadows row combo, and it's crazy how much my back thickness and width have developed since then. Very underrated movement!!

If you want your upper body to wide and look better in poses, this exercise is the best by far. It is able to stretch the cartilage tissue in the ribcage to give it a fuller look, help’s with breathing better, building that serratus muscle that too many BB have underdeveloped, and very good over all development of the upper back/ lats. It is a great exercise for shaping and adding more muscle to hard to hit areas like the teres major/minor and the serratus and just overall health.

Started doing this with a kettlebell recently, standing, couldn’t believe how weak I was behind my head, had to drop it 😂
