Get in the gym brother, that stuff helps with my depression and anxiety more than any medication or drug ever could. If you need to start at home until you are feeling more up to it. But I swear on my life if you are feeling that way good exercise is the best way to beat it. Good luck, you got this

Gave this a try in my apartment gym and omg !!! It's so perfect for a dumbbell at home workout choice when you don't have an EZ curl bar my tries are still sore from last night

Actually, this is the most meaningful tricep exercise in existence and is responsible for 99% of my triceps development

I would love a video for dumbbell pullovers. The exercise is supposed to target our chest but I feel it in the back near the spine, like when preforming pull-ups. I must be preforming the exercise incorrectly.

Just do the regular skull crushers, don't flare your elbows and keep em in line, and lower the bar to your neck rather than your skull .
