Yes, just for the last few months tho. I’m getting to it about to turn 28 and I literally cannot wrap my head around the fact that this information was never suggested or taught. SO thankful I’m educating myself now. It’s helped me connect to my body and my womanhood in new and rly profound ways. i 100000% suggest looking into it for anyone who is affected by a cycle

This was an amazing video!!! I have started tracking my cycle and I have no idea what I am doing but it's so much better than being on the IUD. Yes I totally see a difference in my mood during my Letual phase. The first half I feel like I am floating on a cloud and the second half I want to punch the walls lol. Yes!! You should do a part two!!

I really appreciate you telling us that we are all different and what works for others won't necessarily align with us individually. The media tell us what are the things we "should" be doing to be successful in this or that, but when we try to do those things it doesn't work, I know I've been frustrated when I can't keep up. So, thank you for encouraging us to find our way to feel our best, while also addressing that we have the power to be flexible in the process.

Watching this video made me understand a lot what happened to my body these last few days. I was totally focused on a task, every day I completed part of it, until a few days before my period arrived I simply couldn't commit to that task again. It's only now, after watching this video that I understand that I don't need to hate myself for this. It's just phases. 💗

I’m trying to learn cycle syncing but my cycle is also really inconsistent bc I have pcos. Some months it goes missing (most likely bc of stress too) and lately I’ve been physically exhausted even though I’ve been emotionally good 😅

I'm having my second baby in May and I know I don't want birth control but I also don't want another kid so I'm getting my tubes removed. It's really cool how I'll still have a natural cycle and I'm actually really excited to experience a cycle even if I can't get pregnant anymore. 😊

This might just be my fav video yet🤭 I love that you talk about these topics!! Also wanted your opinion on the topic of red meat being really unhealthy for you as I know you mention eating a lot of red meat. I personally thought it was really nutritious and good for you but a lot of sources says it’s bad for your heart etc. Would love to know your thoughts as you seem to research a lot about nutrition etc💗
@eliciagoguen8 ай бұрын
I’m so glad you enjoyed this topic 🤍 red meat is extremely healthy and nutritious for you and that information is COMPLETELY out dated and also doesn’t take in consideration all the other various reasons as to why there’s been some sources showing that red meat “is bad for your heart”. But you will find the case against absolutely anything these days lol, trust me! I do my best to buy local and grass fed and focus on quality sources of animal products, but I still believe something such as steak is very nutritious and beneficial for most people even if they can’t find it super local. Everyones diet varies, but I am super pro animal products lol. Just my take 🤍
@aaliyahmckenzie39168 ай бұрын
@@eliciagoguen thanks for your take on it! I already eat very similarly to you but I’ve just seen so much conflicting info about red meat recently😫 I agree though in my opinion natural animal products being ‘good’ for you makes complete sense to me, especially when compared to heavily processed unnatural foods :)

I know you've mentioned in videos that birth control no longer allows you to experience your cycle, but I was wondering if this is true for all birth control? What if you still experience your period regularly every month while taking birth control, are you still able to cycle sync?

11:31 thank you for bringing this up. I’m not trying to sound like rude here but like we really did get our rights and women have to understand that we are built differently than men OK not gender, sex females and males are different and females. Have amazing things that males can never doand we need to embrace that we wanna be men so badly in today’s society especially in America and I just don’t understand that I know you’re in Canada but I just feel like it’s a very American thing for all these women here I wanna be like be like the man and they want to break glass ceilings one in reality, we have our own ceilings that we can just create we don’t have to break them!
