I have also started recently with planche. I can currently hold 3 sec of one leg in tuck and the other in adv. I have been training for a week

Nice one bro! Keep going!

keep your position right when you open your legs for adv tuck , anything else will lead to a weak planche

nice progress but is this actually 32 days or 32 training sessions like did you train everyday?
@hydrogen.calisthenics2 ай бұрын
This is 32 days training sessions in the span of 4-5 months! I should have trained a lot more, so the real grind starts now and ill be posting my daily training vlogs👍🏻
@Jwanjaraisy2 ай бұрын
@@hydrogen.calisthenics everyday would be too much on your tendons you should try to train from 2-3 times a week and try to push yourself during your planche holds as much as possible dont train everyday you dont wanna just injure yourself for no reason calisthenics is already tough as it is always listen to your body when there is pain there is something wrong and you should rest and not keep going till it becomes an injury
@Jwanjaraisy2 ай бұрын
this is just basic advice cause i dont want you to injure yourself in my own planche journey i havent progressed in due to my grip that made me feel so much pain and it kept getting worse then i changed my grip to more supinated and now i can train planche properly but i rested it for such a long time and i got back slowly doing planche leans
