It's incredible how life can change by meeting one single person! I don't know if you remember but when I visited Los Angeles from Sweden this July I met you at the Santa Monica beach and took some photos of you flipping. I am a student at the Swedish upper secondary school of circus arts and when I looked at your stuff it really changed my way of living. I now include this type of lifestyle into my circus carrier. It really helps with gaining the strength I need to become a good performer and it is also helping me to become a better version of myself. Amazing work man! Keep on inspiring :)

To be honest, the best place for calisthenic workout is in Ukraine, because I've been to a bunch of different countries, and very rarely seen a bar or parallel bars to workout on. In Ukraine, the bars are everywhere, you can walk to whatever place you want, be it downtown or a rural, suburban place -- there is still going to be bars.

For those who might care about accurate terminology: supernated should be supinate. Internally rotate should have been external rotate. And as he corrected, hyperextended should be extended...if the arm was moving back... in this case it’s shoulder flexion. Unless be extension he just meant straightening the arm.

+rite2mukund I do a little jog for 5-10mins before a workout to warm up. If I am going to do a proper run I would definitely do it after my weight routine. I think of it as my maximum effort going into what I want the most.

I am only 23 but have had a bulging disc in my lower back since I was 17. I have tried physical therapy multiple times and it hasn't helped. I cant go the gym anymore and even running is painful. I have been doing L sits, pushups, pull ups and various other body weight exercises a few times a week but my back always hurts. Do you know of any workouts that might help relieve some pain?
@phliao
@phliao 7 жыл бұрын
s3478h9 9 hey I have had similar problem with the disk, I went through over 30 chiropractor sessions and stopped all the training except stretching and strengthening my glutes for about a year. I think my bulging disk was related to weak glutes and anterior pelvic tilt. check out videos from functional pattern. I feel you man, I couldn't even sit still for over 30mins without pain
