In the ps1 version tower of grey is a boss character and you can play with him using debug cheats and on. But in the arcade is just some broken sprites sadly

I think OP doesn't realize how much equivalent exchange had to be done in order to have New Kakyoin playable The difference is only that he has shades, Jacket DIO would have required to draw so much clothing over him If I had to choose between having either Jacket or Shadow DIO, I think they made the right call having Shadow DIO instead

I wish DIO with the jacket is the version they went with for the game playing as him would seem much cooler and more effortless to me at least rather than High DIO who is all hopped up on Joestar blood and looks like we putting in effort ( not to mention DIO had the jacket on during the fight longer than he was in High mode

For those who play on mobile and really want to play as 1st form DIO, then listen. Boot up the game (obviously), select Chaka, turn on the infinite time cheat, the infinite energy cheat for P1, select P2 controls to human (so you can control the AI), and finally turn on the drain all energy cheat for P2. With that all done and out of the way, play until you get to 1st form DIO, then turn off the drain all energy cheat for P2 and turn on the infinite energy cheat for P2. Now, the last thing you want to do is to look to the top right of your screen (or wherever you placed your buttons) and tap the "1P" button. It'll turn to "2P". Doing that gives you full control over the AI when you set the P2 controls to human. With that all said, you can now play/test with 1st form DIO, but make sure to turn on the infinite energy cheat for both players. You can also turn on the other various cheats if you like when you get to this point. THIS IS A LONGER METHOD!!!!! NOT RECOMMENDED
